JUVENILE CORRECTION HOME TRAINING

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helped us achieve that. We ensure that being the only company to ever train inside a juvenile jail we are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. We invested in an innovative approach that empowered  our trainees with skilled training and also placed them with jobs in top brands in the hospitality sector.
YUVA PARTNERING DELHI POLICE
Doing What’s Needed
Through our Community outreach strategy we partnered with Delhi Police  to make a real and positive change in the financially distressed youth of community. This is one of our key areas of focus and a source of much success in our objectives. We are the only company to work in four districts and five police station Primero YUVA centres. We have created state of art training centres inside the police station premises and train the local youth and provide placement too.

SAHYOG IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CHANDIGARH POLICE
Skill training
Primero with Chandigarh Police has been training hundreds of youth and provided them a sustained livelihood in the sectors of hospitality and retail. Exclusive state of art centres were created inside police station premises to facilitate the best training quality and standards.
INDIA'S FIRST HERITAGE TOUR GUIDE TRAINING
In partnership with Delhi Archives, Govt of Delhi
Primero has been training for the first time in India , Heritage Tour Guide. Inaugurated by Sh Manish Sisodia , Deputy CM Delhi the program would be focussed on skilling youth to be heritage ambassadors of the city of Delhi.
HEALTHCARE TRAINING
Partnering with Red Cross under NULM scheme
Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to execute healthcare training . We are proud to be the only private partner of Red Cross and operating a state of art training centre from Red Cross Hospital in New Delhi.
EDUCATION & OUTREACH
Partnering ONGC for backward community training
We have partnered a special project with ONGC focussed on training and employment from the backward community of the society. We look forward to support and partner with similar CSR projects that would create jobs and skilling opportunties for the under privileged.
